Earning Credit For Your Internship
Internship Form, Registration, and Tracking internship hours
Use this guide to determine your path to receiving credit for your internship and documenting your internship experience.
NOTE: An internship must be secured and a HireSaints Internship Form submitted by the Course Add deadline for the semester in which your internship is scheduled to start. Refer to the Academic Calendar to find this deadline by semester.
In order to earn credit for your internship experience, you must be enrolled in your department’s internship course. Use the button below to view the list of internship courses by major.
Submit your HireSaints Internship Form using the button below. The faculty member teaching the internship course in which you are enrolled will review and approve your internship. Please note that the Career Center does not approve internships.
Once your Internship Form has been approved by the faculty member teaching your course, HireSaints provides you with a tool to track your internship hours.
If you do not see the track hours feature, it is because your internship form has not been approved. Please reach out to the faculty member teaching your internship course for approval.
