Students placed with our agency will have the opportunity to:
- Gain hands-on experience implementing evidence-based ABA interventions.
- Work with children in home and community-based settings, promoting skill generalization in natural environments.
- Assist with implementing individualized behavior support strategies and skill acquisition programs.
- Learn behavior management techniques grounded in positive reinforcement and ethical ABA practices.
- Observe data collection procedures and treatment implementation.
- Build experience supporting communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, emotional regulation, play, and independence.
- Collaborate with families and experienced ABA professionals in a multidisciplinary, family-centered environment.
All students will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide ongoing mentorship, clinical guidance, and feedback to ensure interventions are implemented with fidelity and in accordance with best practices. Our goal is to provide students with a supportive learning experience that enhances both their clinical skills and professional development while delivering high-quality services to the families we serve.
