I’m a service designer and a DesignOps practitioner, with +10 years of international experience. Coming from a multi-national minority background, and having lived and worked in 5 countries, I navigated a variety of challenges and cultures. One issue, though, has been the same wherever I went: Diversity.

My mission is to supply the resources to women, minorities, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people to succeed in their job applications, because many of us don’t have access to the knowledge, support, social acceptance and connections that are granted by privilege.

My philosophy is that one’s job is a means to the cause of my mentees’ happiness and well-being, and as such my approach is holistic. I start by helping my mentees find their own answers to questions such as: What do I want to do, and what are my options? What does work-life balance mean to me? What does success look like to me? And follow through by supporting them with practical, actionable advice for their job applications (CV, portfolio, cover letters, interview prep, negotiations…).
