HUELLAS intends to provide support and recognition of the exemplification of Latino, Caribbean, Hispanic and Brazilian cultures at Emmanuel College while demonstrating our support and unity with students of other cultures with poise and dignity. Through providing community service, financial and educational opportunities to Latinos and Latin Americans we will embody a thoughtful, well-rounded and accepting community that emphasizes the values of dedication, empathy, and altruistic ambition.
