CLOC Fellowship: Empowering Educators of Color
The CLOC Fellowship is a two-year professional development program for early-career Massachusetts K-12 teachers of color. If you have 2–4 years of classroom experience and are eager to grow personally and professionally, this fellowship is for you.
Why Join CLOC?
Educators of color deserve the tools, mentorship, and community needed to thrive in the classroom and beyond. As a CLOC Fellow, you will:
- Receive mentorship from veteran educators of color who share your lived experiences.
- Gain tools and strategies to make a greater impact on your students and school community.
- Build a sustainable career with resources to grow your income and influence.
This isn’t just professional development—it’s action-oriented. Fellows will create and implement action plans to improve the schools and students they serve directly.
Eligibility Requirements:Â To apply, you must:
- Be a K-12 teacher of color in Massachusetts.
- Have 2–4 years of classroom teaching experience (recommended).
- Commit to attending all program sessions.
Application Process: The application takes about 30 minutes to complete, and decisions are made within 10 business days after an application round.
