Lupoli Companies is a fast-paced, multi-brand organization spanning hospitality, restaurants, real estate, development, and corporate services. Our marketing team supports a wide range of brands and initiatives, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone looking to get their foot in the door in a busy marketing department. The Marketing Intern will play a critical support role for the team — assisting with administrative tasks across multiple brands.
This is a hands-on position that requires a can-do attitude, strong organization skills, and the ability to jump in wherever needed. While creative opportunities may arise, this role is primarily focused on operational support to ensure the marketing team can execute campaigns efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Administrative Support
- Print, scan, laminate, organize, and prepare marketing materials and collateral
- Assist with delivering and picking up materials across locations (restaurants, properties, partners)
- Maintain inventory of marketing supplies, signage, posters, menus, and promotional items
- Organize files, documents, and digital assets
- Keep marketing workspaces, supply areas, and shared drives orderly and up to date
Team + Meeting Support
- Sit in on internal and external meetings to take notes and track follow-ups
- Assist with preparing presentation materials, agendas, and meeting packets
- Support communication between marketing, operations, and other departments
On-Site Support
- Help with in-store installs (posters, decals, table tents, flyers)
- Support events and community initiatives as needed
- Assist with photo/video capture if comfortable (optional)
General Marketing Assistance
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Assist with basic social posting or content prep, if applicable
- Conduct simple research or administrative tasks assigned by the marketing managers
Qualifications
- Interest in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as delivering materials or setting up signage
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (email, printing, file organization)
- Knowledge of Canva or social media is a plus, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
