Role: Camp Director (Seasonal, Full-Time during camp season) – must be 21+
Location: Lexington, MA (Parks & Recreation), 39 Marrett Rd, Lexington MA.
Dates: May (preseason prep) – August 21st (post-season work)
Compensation: 40 hours a week $25/hr

What the Camp Director will do:
– Lead daily camp operations, staff supervision (counselors/leads), and program delivery.
– Plan schedules, activities, and special events; manage risk/safety and incident response.
– Coordinate with families, partners, and town departments; ensure excellent participant experience.
– Uphold required training, background checks, and youth protection standards.
Ideal backgrounds:
– Leadership experience in camps, youth programs, recreation, or education.
– Strong communication, problem solving, and team management skills.
– Coursework or practicum in [{Sport Management / Early Childhood / Recreation}], or equivalent experience.
