About the Position:
The Office Assistant in the Career Center will be responsible for various administrative tasks and front desk customer service. The Career Center is looking for a student who will represent the Career Center in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer office phone calls
- Welcome and assist all visitors
- Check-in appointments for all in-person meetings
- Navigate and assist students, faculty, and employers with our career management system, HireSaints and Career hub, CareerConnect. Examples include but are not limited to troubleshooting login issues to assisting an employer with a job posting
- In addition to daily responsibilities, special projects will be assigned based on need. These projects could include: designing event flyers, event wrap-up documents, and assisting with event preparation.
